Sustainability is not a marketing claim — it is a sourcing principle. We work with suppliers who share our commitment to responsible agriculture and transparent trade.
Our Approach
Every sourcing decision we make is guided by environmental responsibility, social fairness, and transparent business conduct.
We prioritise suppliers who practise responsible land use, minimise chemical inputs, and protect biodiversity. We do not knowingly source from suppliers involved in deforestation or illegal land clearing.
We work with suppliers who treat workers fairly, pay fair wages, and comply with local labour law. Child labour and forced labour are absolute red lines in our supply chain.
We provide full traceability documentation on request — including supplier origin, processing facility, and applicable certifications. We do not make claims we cannot substantiate.
Certifications
Relevant certificates and inspection documents can be provided depending on product, supplier, and shipment requirements. We do not claim blanket certification across all products — availability varies by supplier and order.

Sourcing Practices
Our sourcing process is built around supplier verification, documentation, and ongoing relationship management.
We conduct due diligence on all new suppliers — reviewing business registration, production capacity, and compliance history before onboarding.
We require full export documentation for every shipment, including origin traceability, quality inspection reports, and applicable certificates.
We do not make sustainability claims we cannot back with documentation. If a certificate is not available for a specific order, we say so clearly.
We actively seek suppliers with stronger sustainability credentials and encourage existing partners to pursue relevant certifications.
Our Position
Asia Trade Office Global was founded on the belief that international commodity trade can be conducted with integrity. Southeast Asia is one of the world's most biodiverse regions and a critical supplier of agricultural commodities to global markets. We take that responsibility seriously.
We are a trade development company, not a certifying body. We do not audit farms or issue certificates ourselves. What we do is work exclusively with suppliers who can provide the documentation that buyers require — and we are transparent when that documentation is not available for a given product or order.
Our goal is to build long-term trade relationships that benefit Southeast Asian producers, international buyers, and the communities and ecosystems that make regional agriculture possible.
